They are full of people just like you! Lots of people have a stereotype of who trains in an adult martial arts class, and it couldn't be further from the truth!
Our classes are full of men and women of all ages and ability looking to improve fitness, weight loss, muscle tone and to relieve stress! And not everyone wants to be punched and kicked! So everyone starts on our introduction to martial arts course which is completely non contact, and if you decide to stay at that level that's not a problem. But if you would like to progress on to sparring and competitions we have produced British, European and world champions and you'll be in good hands!
The average 45 minute positive start class can burn between 800-1000 calories! There's no pressure to work at a certain rate - everyone works to their own pace.
